1. General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the tkk66 platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the tkk66 website or mobile application, or by creating an account, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

tkk66 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time when necessary. This process may involve requesting a copy of a national ID card, passport or birth registration certificate. If verification fails or information is found to be false, the account will be permanently closed.

2.2 Restrictions

Residents of any jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited should not use the tkk66 platform. It is entirely the member's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own country.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Members are responsible for keeping their account password and login details completely confidential. Please keep the following in mind:

• Sharing or disclosing your password to anyone is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (by any method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).
• tkk66 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the member's own name. Funds sent through a third party will be returned.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. There may be a slight delay in the event of technical issues.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit (where possible).
• tkk66 reserves the right to review any unusual or suspicious withdrawal request and to delay it if necessary.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tkk66's bonus offers are subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳26,000 gives a ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (applied to the bonus amount — not the total balance). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The same promotional offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Following any unusual betting pattern for the purpose of obtaining a bonus will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• tkk66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• The validity period of a bonus will be stated in the terms of the relevant offer; if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on the tkk66 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The following gaming rules apply to all members:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in detail within the game or on the relevant page.
• Any game result caused by a software error or technical issue will be voided and the bet amount will be refunded.
• If there is any dispute regarding a game result, tkk66's server logs will be treated as the definitive record.
• If an internet connection is lost during a bet or game, the bet or game in progress will be settled according to the result saved on the server.

6.1 VIP Program

Regular members can join the tkk66 VIP program. There are four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%) and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Members can advance to higher tiers through active and regular participation. VIP benefits are subject to change and tkk66 reserves the right to re-evaluate VIP tiers at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkk66 platform and immediate action will be taken if such activities are detected:

• Any attempt to manipulate the platform's software, algorithms or game results.
• Using bots, automated software or any AI-based tools to operate games or betting.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Collusion or using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors to gain an undue advantage.
• Deceiving, harassing or acting harmfully toward other members.
• Falsely representing oneself using the tkk66 name or brand identity.

If such activities are proven, all balances in the relevant account will be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

tkk66 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Registering an account with false information.
• Failure to complete identity verification or failure to cooperate with the process.
• Suspicious financial transactions or attempted fraud.
• A court order or instruction from a law enforcement authority.

Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance will be returned subject to all applicable wagering requirements being met.

9. Responsible Gaming

tkk66's total liability will never exceed the amount of the original deposit held in the relevant member's account.
